By accessing and using Line Up Masters services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
Line Up Masters provides Internet of Things solutions, including but not limited to device integration, software development, cloud connectivity, data analytics, and technical support services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.
As a user of our services, you agree to:
All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and designs, are owned by Line Up Masters or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
While we strive to provide reliable and continuous service, we do not guarantee that our services will be available at all times or free from interruptions. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that may temporarily affect service availability. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.
Payment terms for our services will be specified in separate service agreements or invoices. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for paying all applicable taxes. We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment after appropriate notice.
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. You retain ownership of your data, and we will handle it in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Line Up Masters shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Line Up Masters, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our services or violation of these terms.
Either party may terminate the service agreement at any time with appropriate notice as specified in individual service contracts. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining terms will remain in full force and effect.
